Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
A school in Damariscotta, ME is in need of full time paraprofessionals (Ed Tech 2 or 3) for the 24-25school year!
Job duties:
- This is a full-time position through the end of the school year. Includes 1 3 kiddos.
- Work collaboratively with K-8 teachers, other educational technicians, and administration
- Supervise students in the special and regular education classroom settings
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials
- Implement structured MTSS/Special Ed. behavior plans
- Provide direct instructional and executive functioning support
- Monitor and document student academic, behavioral, and social growth
- Complete annual safety care trainings
Special Requirements:
- MUST be an Ed Tech 2 or 3 to be considered. The district is very firm on this.
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug test
